Root canals are a necessary and effective way to save teeth badly damaged by decay or trauma. Fortunately, with today’s modern techniques and technology, this procedure is entirely safe and painless for many patients. It’s time to show our support for root canal awareness day – let’s help spread a greater understanding of this vital process!   Root Canals Relieve Pain and Save Natural Teeth If you’ve ever gone to the dentist and heard the words “root canal,” chances are your heart may have skipped a beat. While it’s natural to feel scared or nervous about having a root canal, it’s important to remember that at East Mountain Dental, we go out of our way to ensure all our patients are comfortable throughout their entire experience. Plus, getting a root canal could be one of the best decisions you ever make for oral health! Let’s learn more about what this dental procedure entails and why it can be so beneficial. A root canal is a standard dental procedure to repair and save an injured or decayed tooth. During this procedure, the pulp (the tissue within the center of each tooth) will be removed and replaced with an artificial material called gutta-percha.    Benefits of Getting a Root Canal If you’re considering a procedure that requires artificial teeth like implants, bridges, dentures, or extractions, consider opting for a root canal instead! Getting a root canal offers many benefits for your oral health. Not only do root canals save the natural tooth in question, but they also help you keep your smile and feel more confident about it. A root canal eliminates any potential pain or discomfort you may have been feeling in the affected area. It also helps prevent further damage by sealing off any cracks or fractures in your tooth, thus preventing bacteria from entering the inner layers of your teeth. Additionally, getting a root canal allows you to preserve your smile—without one, you might need to undergo more invasive treatments. In addition, when performed by experienced dentists like Dr. Ryan Hamilton, Dr. Michael Roberts, or Dr. Seager, root canals are successful and generally followed with minimal discomfort. A single natural tooth will look better than ever before, and you’ll be able to care for it with regular brushing, flossing, and professional cleanings.   Root Canal in Provo, Utah There’s no better feeling at East Mountain Dental than seeing someone walk out with a beautiful new smile after all their hard work. When to Take Your Child to a Pediatric Dentist

pediatric dentist provo ut Dr. Ryan Hamilton Dr. Seager Dr. Michael Robert. East Mountain Dental. General, Cosmetic, Restorative, Family Dentist in Provo, UT 84606

You want only the best pediatric dentist for your kids, and we provide top-notch pediatric dentist in Provo, UT. Our team is specialty-trained in pediatric dentistry, meaning we offer a higher level of service for your child’s dental needs than a general dentist. Contact us today to schedule a consultation with Dr. Ryan Hamilton, Dr. Michael Roberts, or Dr. Seager. We can help your kids stay ahead of those pesky “cavity monsters” and keep smiling brightly for a lifetime of dental health!   What is Pediatric Dentistry? Pediatric dentistry means kid-friendly dentistry! We know that children can be particularly anxious about visiting the dentist, and it takes a doctor and a team with specialized pediatric training to make the dental appointments of kids run as smoothly as possible. We know how to help kids relax during treatment and enjoy their time in the dentist’s chair. We know how to explain dental concepts to children in a way that they will understand and that will be interesting to them. We take the time to get to know you and your child, which helps us best address your child’s dental needs. We love treating kids! Our quality family dentistry will show in their bright, white, healthy teeth!   When Should I Take My Child to the Dentist The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends that you take your child to the dentist by the time their first tooth comes in or at around six months of age. Why so early? Though your child’s “baby teeth” will eventually be replaced by “adult teeth,” it is crucial to ensure their teeth stay healthy at every life stage. How baby teeth develop in your child’s mouth can affect how the adult teeth come in. As trained pediatric dental providers, we can spot potential dental issues before they become problematic for your child and before they require more expensive and possibly invasive treatment.  And, of course, we want to help your child avoid the cavity monsters! Cavities are widespread for children, partially because children don’t tend to practice the best oral hygienic habits and tend to enjoy sweets more than they should. We can quickly treat cavities with the utmost comfort for your child, but treating cavities means more time in the dentist’s chair when they would prefer to be doing something more fun.    Our Pediatric Dental Services in Provo At East Mountain Dental, we believe in preventative dentistry for your child. Preventive dentistry means we’d rather help you and your child avoid dental problems than have to treat them after they become an issue. Some of our preventative dentistry treatments include: Dental Sealants: We often recommend sealants for children, who are more prone to cavities than older patients. We use a unique dental resin to coat the chewing surfaces of your child’s teeth, providing an extra barrier against tooth decay.  Fluoride Treatments: Fluoride is a natural mineral that helps strengthen tooth enamel and fight decay. Your child probably receives fluoride in toothpaste and drinking water, and we can provide an additional fluoride treatment during your dental appointments. We apply the fluoride in a specialized gel that bonds to your child’s teeth and helps ensure happy cavity-free smiles! Dental Fillings: Of course, no matter how well anyone takes care of their teeth, cavities can happen to anyone at any time. Especially children! If your child develops a cavity, don’t worry – we have them covered! We can provide high-quality tooth-colored fillings that perfectly match your child’s smile and restore their tooth to total health.    The Best Pediatric Dentist in Provo, UT At East Mountain Dental, we are all about your child’s smile! Call us today to schedule a consultation with our highly trained and highly experienced family dental team. We’ll thoroughly evaluate your child’s teeth and provide some excellent recommendations to ensure they have a smile that will stay healthy and beautiful for life! We love working with kids and look forward to working with you and your family toward optimal dental health!

provo cosmetic dentist Dr. Ryan Hamilton Dr. Seager Dr. Michael Robert. East Mountain Dental. General, Cosmetic, Restorative, Family Dentist in Provo, UT 84606

A beautiful smile can light up a room and boost your confidence, which is why more and more people are choosing to see a cosmetic dentist. But what exactly are the benefits of seeing a Provo cosmetic dentist? Here are the top 5 benefits of cosmetic dentistry: Improve Your Smile This one is pretty obvious – cosmetic dentistry can improve the appearance of your smile! Whether you want to get rid of stubborn stains, close gaps between your teeth, or achieve a brighter smile, cosmetic dentistry can help. Boost Your Confidence A great smile can do wonders for your confidence. If you’re self-conscious about your teeth, seeing a cosmetic dentist can help you feel better about yourself in personal and professional situations. Look Younger Did you know that yellowing or discolored teeth can make you look older than you are? A whiter, brighter smile can take years off your appearance and make you look younger and more vibrant. Prevent Future Oral Health Issues In some cases, cosmetic dental procedures can also help to prevent future oral health issues. For example, we can use bonding to fill in small cracks or chips in your teeth, which could eventually cause more significant problems. Save Money in the Long Run While some cosmetic dental procedures may have a higher upfront cost, they can save you money in the long run by preventing future oral health issues. So, if you’re considering a procedure like bonding or teeth whitening, don’t let the cost deter you – it could save you money down the road!   East Mountain Dental Cosmetic Procedures and Their Benefits Dr. Ryan Hamilton, Dr. Michael Roberts, and Dr. Seager are proud to offer a wide range of cosmetic dental procedures to help you achieve your dream smile. Here are just a few of the procedures we offer and their benefits: Bonding: Dental bonding is a popular cosmetic dentistry procedure that we use to improve the appearance of your smile. The process involves the application of a tooth-colored resin to your teeth, which is then hardened with a special light. We use bonding to repair cracks, chips, and gaps in your teeth and to change the shape, size, and color of your teeth. Moreover, bonding can usually be completed in just one office visit. After the procedure, you can enjoy your new smile immediately. Teeth Whitening: Professional teeth whitening is one of the most popular cosmetic dental procedures. It can help improve your smile’s appearance and boost your self-confidence. We offer Opalescence Teeth Whitening for quality treatment resulting in beautiful, white teeth. The whitening agents we use are carefully controlled, so there is less risk of them causing damage to your teeth or gums. In addition, we can provide you with a custom-fitted tray so you can keep your beautifully whitening teeth touched up after treatment. If you are considering professional teeth whitening, call or talk to us at your next appointment! Veneers: One of the most popular cosmetic dental procedures today is getting veneers. Veneers are very thin, custom-made shells designed to cover the front surface of your teeth. They can be made from porcelain or composite material. Porcelain veneers resist stains better than composite veneers and better mimic the light-reflecting properties of natural teeth. We use veneers to treat several different conditions: Worn-down teeth Teeth that are chipped or broken Teeth that are misaligned or have irregular spacing Discolored or stained teeth that we cannot correct with whitening products Once your veneers are in place, you can expect them to last many years with proper care. Veneers can give you a beautiful, bright smile that you’ll be proud to show off!   Your Provo Cosmetic Dentist Cosmetic dentistry has come a long way in recent years, and there are many ways to improve the appearance of your smile. If you’re considering seeing a cosmetic dentist, keep these benefits in mind – from boosting your confidence to preventing future oral health issues. There are many reasons to take the plunge! What to Expect with Opalescence Teeth Whitening

provo teeth whitening Dr. Ryan Hamilton Dr. Seager Dr. Michael Robert. East Mountain Dental. General, Cosmetic, Restorative, Family Dentist in Provo, UT 84606

Are you looking for a professional Provo teeth whitening dentist? East Mountain Dental is the best place to go for all your dental needs. We provide everything from teeth whitening to dental implants. We’re also the most convenient dental provider in the area, so you can get the care you need without the hassle.   Opalescence Teeth Whitening A whiter, brighter smile is something that many people desire. If you want to achieve this goal, you may consider Opalescence teeth whitening, offered by East Mountain Dental. This treatment can provide you with excellent results. This blog post will take a closer look at Opalescence teeth whitening so that you can make an informed decision.   The Pros of Opalescence Teeth Whitening There are many reasons why Opalescence teeth whitening may be right for you. First of all, it is essential to note that this treatment is very effective. If you follow the instructions provided by your dentist, you can expect to see significant results. Opalescence teeth whitening is affordable compared to other options, such as veneers. It is also non-invasive, and we can complete it in just one dental visit.  Although there are many benefits to Opalescence teeth whitening, like with any teeth whitening solution, there can be some potential drawbacks. One of the most common side effects is tooth sensitivity. The sensitivity usually goes away within a few days, and over-the-counter medication can provide relief. Additionally, some people experience gum irritation after treatment. If this occurs, you can always reach out to us so we can recommend a course of action.    We Offer Both In-Office and Take-Home Treatment East Mountain Dental offers both in-office and take-home Opalescence teeth whitening treatment. The in-office treatment is quicker and can usually be completed in about an hour. However, some people prefer the take-home treatment because it allows them to whiten their teeth on their own time. Whichever option you choose, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions and materials. Our in-office procedure is quick and straightforward: We will apply a special gel to your teeth. This gel helps the whitening solution to penetrate your teeth and achieve optimal results. We will use a special light to activate the whitening solution. We will remove the gel and rinse your mouth. You will be able to see results immediately. The take-home treatment is also very easy to follow. We will provide you with a custom-fitted tray and whitening solution. You will need to wear the tray for a certain amount of time each day, as directed by your dentist. Within a week or two, you will start to see results. Though you may not see results as fast as with in-office treatment, many patients appreciate the take-home option because it is more convenient, a great way to keep your white teeth “touched up” after treatment, and you can do it on your schedule.   How to Keep Your Teeth White After Treatment Once you have achieved your desired level of whiteness, it is essential to take steps to maintain your results. To help your teeth stay white, avoid tobacco use, coffee, and other dark-colored liquids. You should also brush and floss regularly and visit your dentist for teeth cleanings.   Provo Teeth Whitening Opalescence teeth whitening is a popular treatment that can provide excellent results in no time at all! Be sure to speak with Dr. Ryan Hamilton, Dr. Michael Roberts, or Dr. Seager so that they can help you determine if this treatment is right for you. We know that going to the dentist can be a daunting experience, but we promise to make it as painless and stress-free as possible. You’ll be in good hands with our experienced and friendly staff teeth whitening service. And we offer various payment options so you can get the care you need without breaking the bank. Dentist in Provo

Dentist in Provo east mountain dental denist in Provo Utah

At East Mountain Dental, we are proud to be a dentist in Provo, Utah. Our dentists, Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Roberts, offer a wide range of dental services to the people of Provo and surrounding areas. We offer a few different services, including cosmetic, restorative, and preventative dentistry.    Cosmetic Dentistry in Provo, Utah Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Roberts are proud to provide cosmetic dentistry in Provo, Utah. We offer dental veneers, dental bonding, and teeth whitening for our patients. Whether you are looking to enlarge, straighten, or whiten your smile, we can help you.  Dental Veneers Dental veneers are often referred to as shells that sit on the front of the tooth. Dental veneers can be made of porcelain or composite resin, also called a tooth-colored material. Since a dental veneer can be any shape or size, many patients use dental veneers to straighten, whiten, and enlarge their smiles.    Teeth Whitening As a dentist in Provo, Utah, we offer teeth whitening to our patients. Through Opalescence, we offer both in-office and at-home teeth whitening solutions. Professional teeth whitening is more beneficial than over-the-counter solutions because professional teeth whitening uses a more robust whitening solution and a more precise application process. Your dentist will make you a custom tray for at-home whitening, which you will wear once per day for up to 10 days. You can achieve your dream smile in one or two 20 minute whitening appointments for in-office whitening.    Dental Bonding Like dental fillings, dental bonding uses a composite resin or a tooth-colored material to mold the tooth. If you have a chipped or misshapen tooth, dental bonding can help smooth out and straighten the edges of your smile.    Restorative Dentistry  Another service we offer as a dentist in Provo is restorative dentistry. If you have a dental concern, Dr. Hamilton or Dr. Roberts can help you restore your smile with one of our many treatment options. From dental fillings to root canals to dental implants, we can help you convert your smile.    Dental Fillings If you have tooth decay, your dentist may recommend a dental filling. To get a dental filling, your dentist will first remove the decay to create a cavity in your tooth. Next, he will fill the hole with a composite resin, also known as a tooth-colored filling. The goal of removing the decay and filling the cavity is to prevent future tooth decay from spreading and rid your tooth of harmful bacteria.    Root Canals If bacteria and decay enter the tooth’s center, you may need a root canal. This procedure is similar to a dental filling, where your dentist will remove the infected part of the tooth and replace it with composite material. Many patients are worried about discomfort during a root canal procedure. Most patients report that the most pain they have is before the process from the infection because they receive sedation medication to make them comfortable during and after the procedure.    Dental Implants Some infected teeth are not salvageable. In this case, the best way to restore a smile may be to extract the tooth and replace it with a dental implant. Unlike a dental bridge, which only returns the top of the tooth, a dental implant replaces the entire tooth from its root to the crown.    Preventative Dentistry One of the cornerstones of dentistry is preventative dentistry. As a dentist in Provo, we stress the importance of preventive dentistry because it can keep our patients from experiencing dental concerns. The first part of preventative dentistry is to practice good oral hygiene at home. We recommend that our patients brush, floss, and use mouthwash twice a day.    Next, we recommend that our patients visit East Mountain Dental every six months for a dental cleaning and exam. Our dentist can look for potential dental concerns during this visit, and the team can remove hard-to-get plaque and tartar from your smile. Other preventative dentistry services we offer include dental sealants and fluoride treatments.  As a dentist in Provo, we work hard to provide high-quality care for all of our patients in a comfortable environment. For more information about us, a dentist in Provo, or to schedule an appointment, call our office today.

Family Dentist in Provo

Family Dentist in Provo east mountain dental denist in Provo Utah Dr. Ryan Hamilton Dr. Seager Dr. Michael Robert. East Mountain Dental. General, Cosmetic, Restorative, Family Dentist in Provo, UT 84606

Many patients in the Provo area love having Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Roberts as their family dentists. At East Mountain Dental, our goal is to help you and your family feel comfortable in our office while providing high-quality dental care.    Advantages of a Family Dentist in Provo, Utah There are several benefits to choosing a family dentist, especially in Provo, Utah. As a family dentist in Provo, we provide various services, from preventative dentistry to cosmetic dentistry to restorative dentistry.  Comfortable Environment One of the advantages of East Mountain Dental is the comfortable environment we have created in our dental office. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality service with compassion. Additionally, many patients that visit our office with their families find that going to the dentist with their family members makes the environment even more comfortable.  Focus on Prevention  Another advantage of our office, as a family dentist in Provo, is that we focus on preventing dental concerns. We recommend that our patients upkeep an excellent oral health routine and visit our office every six months for a dental cleaning and exam. Our office also offers dental sealants and fluoride treatments as a part of preventative dentistry. Dental sealants are pasted onto the top of your back molars. When bacteria and food reach the top of the dental sealant, they slide off rather than get stuck in the crevices of your back molars. Additionally, you can opt for a fluoride treatment, where the fluoride will strengthen the outer layer of your tooth, the enamel. All of this preventative treatment will help you reduce your risk of dental decay.  A Dentist That Understands Your Family As your family dentist, we will also help prevent dental concerns based on your family’s genetics. Understanding your family is one of the benefits of choosing a family dentist in Provo.    Advanced Technology  Something our office is proud of is our advanced technology. At East Mountain Dental, we offer digital x-rays, same-day crowns, and dental implants. Many patients prefer digital x-rays because they provide the dentist with a better view of your teeth and decrease radiation. In comparison, traditional x-rays can take 4-6 minutes for the images to develop, while digital x-rays are ready in 30 seconds.  Secondly, our office is proud to have a CEREC machine which allows us to perform same-day crowns. This means you no longer have to take an oozy impression and wait for the height to arrive in the mail from a laboratory. Same-day crowns are made out of a porcelain material that is both stain-resistant and durable.  Lastly, as a family dentist in Provo, our dentists are proud to offer dental implants. This innovative technology allows our dentists to replace missing teeth with entirely new teeth. Unlike a bridge, which can also replace missing teeth, a dental implant replaces the entire missing tooth from the tooth’s root to its crown.    Athletic Mouthguards  In addition to providing preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry for the whole family, we also offer athletic mouthguards for those who play contact sports. A mouthguard can prevent the need for a dental restoration, such as a dental crown or implant.  The mouthguard protects the teeth while you or your child plays contact sports. Many patients choose a mouthguard from a dental office, such as East Mountain Dental, instead of over-the-counter solutions because they are custom-made. Custom mouthguards from East Mountain Dental are more comfortable, protect your teeth better, and make it easier to talk and breathe while using them.    At East Mountain Dental, we pride ourselves on being a family dentist in Provo, Utah. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment with our dentists, call our office today.

Teeth Whitening in Provo

Teeth Whitening in Provo east mountain dental denist in Provo Utah Dr. Ryan Hamilton Dr. Seager Dr. Michael Robert. East Mountain Dental. General, Cosmetic, Restorative, Family Dentist in Provo, UT 84606

Many patients at our office, East Mountain Dental, benefit from teeth whitening. There are many ways to get teeth whitening in Provo, Utah, but East Mountain Dental is the best and most effective way. Professional teeth whitening is not only more efficient, but it is also more effective.    Should I Choose Professional or Over-the-Counter Teeth Whitening? At East Mountain Dental, we recommend over-the-counter products for some things, such as ibuprofen and acetaminophen for pain. However, when it comes to teeth whitening, we also recommend using a professional dentist. Teeth whitening in Provo affects the appearance of your smile and your health. Before a teeth whitening procedure, we recommend that patients have good oral health. This means their smile should be free of gum disease and dental decay. If you do not have good oral health before teeth whitening, you could further damage your teeth.  Over-the-counter solutions also do not provide consistent, effective results like professional dental offices do. Over-the-counter teeth whitening solutions typically use a lower strength whitening solution, which may lead to whitening your teeth repeatedly to get the same results as an in-office treatment. Additionally, over-the-counter whitening solutions also do not use custom whitening trays. Non-custom trays mean that the whitening solution may not reach all the crevices of your teeth.    Whitening Solutions We Offer in Provo, Utah? After your dentist has cleared you of teeth whitening, it is time to get your whitening treatment. At East Mountain Dental, we offer Opalescence whitening treatments. With our Opalescence treatment, we offer in-office and at-home whitening treatments.    In-Office Whitening In-office teeth whitening with Opalescence produces results in one or two 20 minute treatments. Your dentist will use an Opalescence boost, which uses a solid formula to whiten your teeth without an LED light. Additionally, unlike other whitening treatments, Opalescence boost does not use heat. It is chemically activated. Another feature that many patients enjoy is that the solution contains potassium nitrate, which decreases tooth sensitivity, and fluoride, which increases the strength of the outer layer of your tooth, the enamel.    At-Home Whitening At East Mountain Dental, we use Opalescence PF for our at-home whitening treatment. With this treatment, we will design you a custom whitening tray. Although this tray may look like a retainer, it has unique grooves around the teeth to hold the whitening solution. To use the custom whitening tray, place the whitening solution in the tray and then place the tray in your mouth.  At East Mountain Dental, we recommend that patients wear their custom whitening tray with the solution once a day for up to 10 days. The amount of time you wear the tray will depend on the strength of the whitening solution you choose. The most robust whitening solution is 45% carbamide peroxide, while the weakest is 10% carbamide peroxide. At-home whitening is an excellent solution for patients that want to whiten their smile in their own home but still use a professional strength whitening solution.    What is the Difference Between Opalescence Go and Opalescence PF? Some patients may be familiar with Opalescence Go, an at-home whitening treatment. Like Opalescence PF, Opalescence Go is only offered in a dental office such as East Mountain Dental. The most significant difference is the active ingredient used in both whitening products.  Opalescence Go uses hydrogen peroxide, while Opalescence PF uses carbamide peroxide. There is not a big difference in hydrogen peroxide versus carbamide peroxide results. Both whitening solutions have beautiful impacts. The most significant difference you may notice is that carbamide peroxide has ⅓ the strength of hydrogen peroxide, so you may see that your whitening solution for hydrogen peroxide has a smaller percentage than carbamide peroxide. Overall, both at-home products produce excellent results.    If you are interested in teeth whitening in Provo, look no further than East Mountain Dental. We are happy to help you achieve your dream smile. If you would like to learn more about teeth whitening in Provo or if you would like to schedule an appointment, call our office today.

East Mountain Dental is a full-service dental practice for the entire family. We love helping people of any age achieve a great smile, primarily through dental hygiene for kids. Tooth decay affects both children and adults. Your children’s teeth can last a lifetime with proper care. We can help you teach your children how to brush, floss, and become dental hygiene experts.    Start Your Kids Early on Regular Dental Checkups Excellent dental hygiene for kids starts with their regular dental appointments. Professional checkups and cleanings at least twice per year help prevent cavities, fight gum disease, and identify potential dental problems. Please schedule an appointment with us as early as your child’s first tooth comes in.     Help Your Kids Brush and Floss Regularly Your kids should brush for three minutes at least twice a day. They should brush after meals and snacks if possible, especially before going to bed. Their toothbrush should be a soft-bristle brush approved by the American Dental Association (ADA). They should most likely use fluoride-based toothpaste. Check with Dr. Hamilton or Dr. Roberts on recommendations for both toothbrushes and kinds of toothpaste for your kids.  Teach your kids to floss every time they brush if possible. It disrupts plaque colonies from building up, preventing gum, tooth, and bone damage.    Kids Can Use Mouthwash Too Your kids may not mind this step too much. Have them rinse their mouth with a fluoride mouthwash, especially after brushing and flossing and before going to bed. Just make sure they spit the mouthwash out after rinsing, or it can cause stomach ache.    Drink Lots of Water One of the most crucial allies for oral hygiene is water. Water rinses away the debris that might create plaque, bacteria accumulation, and cavities. Make sure your kids drink plenty of water throughout the day. It’s good for their dental hygiene and their overall health. They should drink water or rinse with water after meals.  Water can also help prevent bad breath. It’s high in oxygen and reduces microorganisms that cause bad breath. Because many places in the United States have fluoridated water, tap water may be better for cavity prevention than filtered or bottled water.   Maintain a Good Diet Perhaps the most common cause of poor dental hygiene for kids is a poor diet. As we all know, kids love sweets. And as we all know, too many sweets cause cavities.  And sweets are not the only food type that causes cavities. These types of acidic drinks, sugary foods and drinks, and foods with fermentable carbs and starches can wear enamel and cause cavities: Fruit juices Cookies Cakes Pies Candies Ice cream Dried fruits and raisins Soft drinks Potato chips Bread Crackers Cereal Fortunately, you don’t need to cut all of these foods and drinks entirely if your kids practice good dental hygiene. Just try to have them consume these foods and drinks in moderation.    Chew Sugar-Free Gum Cavities can be avoided by chewing sugarless gum. Yes, it’s true, and your children may be happy about this particular suggestion. It works by increasing saliva production, neutralizing acids in the mouth, and washing away food particles.   Dental Hygiene for Kids is How You Keep Those Cavities Away Kids may not enjoy some of these important dental hygiene habits, but it may help if you explain to them that these habits fight the bad cavities and keep their teeth happy! Cavity prevention begins with clean, healthy teeth and gums. If you help your children practice these cleaning and dental hygiene routines, they will have optimum oral health.  Make an appointment with East Mountain Dental today.
